If you are unable to attend a live session or event, access to a replay or alternative option may be provided at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

  • Access is for personal use only

  • Login details may not be shared

We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

4. Events, Webinars & Trainings

By purchasing access to any live or scheduled event, webinar, or training:

  • You understand that schedules may be subject to change

  • Access details will be sent via email or platform

  • It is your responsibility to attend or access the event at the scheduled time

If applicable:

  • Replays may be provided but are not guaranteed

  • Access is non-transferable unless explicitly stated

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are authorized. If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact our support team directly for resolution. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our team will be considered a breach of this agreement. Any chargeback filed will result in a $50 administrative fee and immediate, indefinite termination from the community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided is owned by the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Using the correct email used at checkout

  • Maintaining your login credentials

  • Ensuring your information is accurate

We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect information.
